Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor tables are available on a first come, first served basis and this year we have a limit of 30 tables. A full, skirted table (8ft long) with two chairs is available for $300. Half table is available for $150. Exhibitor spaces are full. Thanks for registering! We’ll see you in Buffalo!

 

Shipping instructions

All package need to be addressed to:

Set-up:

Plan on setting up your table from 3pm-5pm on Monday, 10/16 or

7am-8:30am on Tuesday, 10/17. Please check in at the registration desk at the Grand B Foyer on the second floor.

 

Items may NOT be shipped more than 10 days prior to arrival.

For returns, The Hyatt Regency DOES NOT have UPS and FEDEX pickup. You will need to call and arrange this pick-up. Individuals are responsible for packing, taping and providing pre-paid shipping labels in advance of shipping. Your packages can be left with Lynn Alexander and she will make sure your packages get to the right carrier.

 

If you have any electrical needs, please let Martha know at 312.239.3202 or email at martha.boriewood@gmail.com. It is advisable to bring a couple of extension cords in case your are further away from an electrical plug.

Registering 

Please register with us using our registration site.

 

Tables will be on display throughout Tuesday and Wednesday only. Due to the all-conference field trip to Niagara Falls on Thursday, exhibiting is not available on the this day.

 

At 5pm when the conference ends for the day on Wednesday, 10/18, your exhibits will need to be dismantled and removed from the Hyatt.

 

Please be aware that exhibitors are responsible for the valuables of their exhibits and are strongly encouraged to cover their tables in the evenings to discourage disruption.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LEAVING COMPUTERS OR OTHER VALUABLE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL IS UNADVISABLE.

PLEASE NOTE: the Coalition is not responsible for the charges incurred by the Hyatt Regency for the processing and storage of your materials. Exhibitors must take care of the charges prior to setting up. Any packages that need to be shipped at the end of the conference must be handled by the exhibitor.
