Exhibitor tables are available on a first come, first served basis and this year we have a limit of 30 tables. A full, skirted table (8ft long) with two chairs is available for $300. Half table is available for $150. You can register for an exhibitor table online here.

Items may NOT be shipped more than 1 week prior to arrival.
For returns, Cedar Point does have UPS and FEDEX pickup. However, individuals are responsible to packing, taping and providing pre-paid shipping labels in advance of shipping.

Cedar Point does not provide typical vendor display options such as carpet, pipe and drape or large banner displays.

Tables will be on display throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, and until noon on Thursday.
At noon when the conference ends, your exhibits will need to be dismantled and removed from the Breakers Hotel promptly.
Please be aware that exhibitors are responsible for the valuables of their exhibits and are strongly encouraged to cover their tables in the evenings to discourage disruption.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LEAVING COMPUTERS OR OTHER VALUABLE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL IS UNADVISABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: the Coalition is not responsible for the charges incurred by the Breakers Hotel for the processing and storage of your materials. Exhibitors must take care of the charges prior to setting up. Any packages that need to be shipped at the end of the conference must be handled by the exhibitor.
